On the cusp of adulthood, a group of teenagers gathers at a traditional folk high school in Arctic Norway. Dropped at the edge of the world, they must depend on each other, a devoted team of sled dogs, and ultimately themselves, as they navigate surprising paths of growth and self-discovery. A gentle, nuanced testament to the power and magic of the natural world—not to mention the wondrous healing of canine companionship—this new documentary is the latest work by the seasoned directors of The Boys of Baraka, the Oscar-nominated Jesus Camp, and many other award-winning films.
Sensitivity advisory: this film contains strobe effects.
