  • Brian Ditchfield - Executive Director

    Brian grew up on Martha's Vineyard, where he first became passionate about the arts. After studying at Boston University's College of Fine Art, he moved to Chicago where he worked in nonprofit management and formed a production company with which he produced and wrote a nationally distributed feature film and award-winning shorts and documentaries. He moved back to the Vineyard in 2007 and shortly after found a happy home at the Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival. He worked for over a decade as the Managing Director and Programming Director before being appointed Executive Director in 2021. He oversaw the formation of the umbrella organization Circuit Arts and the renovation of the historic theater at the Grange Hall. During his 15 years at the company, he has also overseen the addition of educational programs, the Vineyard’s Drive-In at the YMCA, and Circuit Films.

  • Kelly Kaye - Operations Director

    Kelly holds a dual BS in Philosophy and German Studies from Assumption University and has spent much of her career in service, marketing, and jewelry industries. After moving to Martha’s Vineyard in 2013, she launched an independent consulting business in 2020, supporting small-business owners with event and trade show production, inventory management, marketing, and general administration. In the spring of 2024, Kelly completed her Certificate in Social Impact Management & Leadership from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice and joined the Martha’s Vineyard Cultural Council as a municipally appointed volunteer. She is frequently seeking opportunities to expand her professional training, and thoroughly enjoys being the grease that keeps all the wheels moving smoothly. In her non-work time, Kelly cultivates her practices of painting, knitting, cooking, and weightlifting, and will never turn down a potluck with her husband and friends.

  • Ollie Becker - Director of Circuit Films

    Ollie was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard, where he developed an interest in creative writing while a student at West Tisbury Elementary and MVRHS. When he graduated from Bard College in 2008, that interest had merged with filmmaking and he then spent 9 years in Los Angeles writing and producing unscripted series for the television networks CBS, History, and Discovery. Having produced over 200 hours of original content at all levels, from associate producer to show runner, Ollie returned to Martha's Vineyard in 2018. He's excited to be able to tell compelling stories about the people and places that make up this unique island community.

  • Tim Persinko - Producer and Cinematographer at Circuit Films

    Tim is a camera operator and director of photography with nearly two decades of experience in visual media. From capturing Olympic moments around the world to documenting Venezuelan migrants here on the Island, Tim has worked in productions ranging from live network broadcasts to advertising to independent film. Behind the camera now, he did start out as an NPR intern and has an enduring love for public radio. When not chasing the shot, he's trying to keep up with his two grade-school children. Tim attended Colby College and the CUNY School of Journalism.

  • Minah Oh - Director of the Martha's Vineyard Film Festival

    Minah (Worley) Oh is a producer and filmmaker who tells stories across various media. She was previously associate director of the Martha's Vineyard Film Society (MVFS), where she developed and programmed the first Women in Film festival, in addition to programming for young audiences. She has worked with MIT’s Open Documentary Lab to empower graduate students, technologists, scientists, and others to explore new documentary forms focused on collaborative, interactive, and immersive storytelling. Prior to that, she co-founded and led WorleyWorks, a Brooklyn post-production studio which focused on making cutting-edge post-production technology accessible to independent filmmakers. As an executive producer of films, she has premiered work at Sundance, Tribeca, Cannes, Toronto, and other film festivals. She and her two children moved to Martha's Vineyard full time in the fall of 2016, and in 2021 she was awarded a Warner Bros. Discovery 150 fellowship to direct her first feature documentary.

  • Brooke Hardman Ditchfield - Director of Circuit Stage

    Brooke is an accomplished actress, director, producer, and theater educator. She has been a resident company member of Boston's award-winning Actors' Shakespeare Project since 2012, with standout roles in Othello, Cymbeline, As You Like It, and Much Ado About Nothing. In 2023, she received an Elliot Norton Award nomination for directing As You Like It. She has also directed and performed at the Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse, and co-founded Vineyard Arts Project's New Writers/New Plays Festival, where she helped develop works like Disgraced and The Old Man and the Old Moon. Since 2014, she has directed the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School’s theater program. Proud mom to Isla and Owen, Brooke is delighted to share life and work with her partner, Brian.

  • Danielle Mulcahy - Creative Director and Filmmaker

    Danielle is a multidisciplinary filmmaker with an extensive documentary and creative catalogue. An accomplished solo videographer and director, she has collaborated with farmers, children, dancers, musicians, and numerous other filmmakers. She graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, with a BFA in film and illustration. Danielle is a full-time resident of Martha's Vineyard, working and living in the artist community and running her small business, Archil Designs, with her husband Walker.

  • Carl Gosselin - Director of Production

    Carl’s skill set is varied and invaluable, with a depth of experience that belies his age. Beginning as a road and production manager for the Blues Brothers Revue, right out of high school, Carl spent the next eight years on tour across the United States, assisting as an electrician and stagehand for IATSE and NETworks Presentations. Locally, he runs Gosselin Electric with his father, and can be found lending his talents to the Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse and the Martha’s Vineyard Performing Arts Center when not helping Circuit Arts with all of its production needs.

  • Isabella Iaccarino - Marketing and Production Manager

    Isabella is a recent graduate of Elon University, where she earned a degree in film and television arts. During her college years, she gained valuable experience by interning at production companies and doing script coverage. Having spent summers on Martha’s Vineyard since childhood, she has a longstanding connection to the Island. Originally from Trumbull, Connecticut, she made the exciting decision to move to the Island, and joined Circuit Arts, in the summer of 2023. This new chapter allows her to merge her passion for filmmaking with her love for the Island. She is enthusiastic about contributing to Circuit Arts' mission of promoting artistic collaboration and supporting emerging talent. Additionally, she owns an Island business called Ike's Atomic Photo Booth.

  • Maury De Geofroy - Design Assistant

    Maury was born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard and studied at Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. While there, he designed video game levels and won the Make Something Unreal Award in the first year of its annual competition. He lived in Savannah for five years, and worked at Barnes and Noble before returning to the Island. Upon his return, he worked as a computer technician and web developer at Educomp, and did graphic design for Che’s Lounge while hosting a show on the fully volunteer-run local radio station WVVY (Monkey on the Lam(b)). His film career began at the Martha’s Vineyard Film Society and he’s been doing graphic design and projecting ever since. He joined Circuit Arts in 2022, assisting as a projectionist and graphic designer, but you can also find him at Bunch of Grapes, locating books for people and unpacking the new releases. In his spare time he plays video games, board games, D&D, and draws weird characters.

  • Anne Evasick - Senior Programmer and Venue Manager

    Anne is a film projectionist and maven—familiar with essentially every film you've ever or never heard of. For many years, she was the owner of Island Entertainment, Martha’s Vineyard’s first video and DVD store. She now manages the movie theater in Edgartown. Beyond a passion for cinema, Anne walks dogs and is the proud mother of Peter.

  • Lilian Robinson - Copy Editor

    Lilian is a Vineyard native whose editing career began in sixth grade, with a stapled student literary magazine for which she also drew the cover. She was then copy editor, co-editor-in-chief, and occasional caricaturist for both her high school and college student newspapers. She has been editing for the Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival since 2007, and now edits for all of Circuit Arts’ other programming as well.
