Will Call
Your tickets will be held at the box office under the purchaser's name. No printed ticket is required. Simply check in when you arrive.
Ticket Sales
Online ticket sales close one hour before showtime. After that, any remaining tickets are available at the box office on a walk-in basis, subject to availability.
Refunds & Exchanges
Plans change, and we're happy to help. Refunds and ticket exchanges are available up to 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. After the 24-hour refund and exchange window closes, all ticket sales are final. If you're unable to attend, your unused ticket will be considered a donation to Circuit Arts, helping to support our year-round programming.
Accessibility
We want everyone to enjoy their experience at Circuit Arts. Both the Martha's Vineyard Playhouse and Grange Hall are equipped with accessibility lifts that provide access to their second-floor theaters. If you have questions about accessibility or would like to discuss accommodations before your visit, please contact the box office. We'll be happy to assist you.
Performance Policies
Out of respect for the performers and audience, late seating may be delayed or unavailable. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at an appropriate break in the performance to minimize distractions. Photography, video, and audio recording are not permitted unless otherwise noted. Programs, artists, dates, and times are subject to change.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in accordance with the ADA. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Patron Conduct
Circuit Arts is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all patrons, artists, staff, and volunteers. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or other disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others may be asked to leave without a refund.
A note on ticket pricing
Why Pay-What-You-Can?
We’re committed to keeping our programs accessible through Pay-What-You-Can ticketing, because we believe everyone should be able to experience the arts, regardless of budget.
At the same time, there are real costs behind every event, from artist and screening fees to venue operations, staffing, and ticketing and credit card processing. And at its core, this work is made by real people, often live and unfolding in real time, never quite the same twice. Art has value, and that value matters, especially in a moment when so much content can feel synthetic and disposable.
With rising costs, $1 tickets unfortunately cost more to process than they bring in. Moving to a $2 minimum helps us cover the basics and keep this model going. For those who can, we suggest $20, but any amount above the minimum helps support these programs for everyone.
Some events have set ticket prices, particularly those that are more expensive to produce. Bringing artists to the island, presenting live performances, and hosting special programs can involve travel, lodging, technical crews, and other significant costs.
These are the moments when costs scale quickly, and setting a fixed price helps us meet them responsibly. It also ensures that artists are paid fairly and that we can continue presenting this kind of work to our community.
